You have signed the Contract to Lease—congratulations! Here is exactly what needs to happen next to finalize your move-in.

Finalizing the Lease

Generally, you have already paid an option fee (usually equal to one month’s rent) to secure the property.

  • To exercise this option, you must contact us before the option expiration date stated in your contract.
  • Once confirmed, we will generate the final lease agreement for you to sign online.

Final Payment

Once the lease is signed, the remaining balance (usually the deposit) is due.

Secure Funds Only: Cash, Money Order, or Zelle.

Important Zelle Note

Many banks have daily transfer limits. You may need to split payments over 2 or 3 days. Please plan ahead to avoid move-in delays.

Key Pickup

Once full payment is received, we will release the keys.

Most properties have a lockbox. We will provide the code so you can retrieve the key immediately.

Tip: Keep the lockbox! You can hang it back on the door if you ever need to provide access to maintenance workers.

Rent payments and service requests must be submitted here:

  • Credentials: Emailed within 24 hours
  • Rent Due: 1st of the month
  • Late fees applied on the 2nd.

You must transfer these services into your name.
